North Devon Homes and its subsidiaries and group companies (together, ‘NDH’) wish to invite suitably qualified and experienced applicants to express their interest for a place on a multi-contractor framework, which is in the form of the Framework Alliance Contract published by the Association of Consultant Architects (‘FAC1’) and call-off contracts in the form of JCT Design & Build 2016, for new build works projects for NDH over the next 4 years.
The value of projects to be awarded under the framework is estimated at up to 40 000 000 GBP over the 4 year term. However, NDH does not make any guarantee as to the value of works to be awarded under the Framework.
