These are: schemes containing up to five housing units; 6-15 units; 16-45 units; and 50 units and above. The framework also includes an additional ‘super-lot’ that is comprised of the highest-ranked bidder in each area band and covers projects throughout nine of the geographical areas. The firms appointed to this category have not yet been confirmed.Atkins was awarded places on each of the nine lots. Wates won places on three lots that focus on housebuilding projects in Wrexham, Denbighshire and Flintshire. Welsh-based contractor WRW has also been appointed to all nine lots on the framework.
