Colas Framework Award

Colas have been awarded a place on the Hampshire County Council – Generation 4-1 Civil Engineering, Highways and Transportation Collaborative Framework.
The four-year framework is set to run from April 1st, 2020 and includes works that have a value of up to £250,000. The collaborative framework includes fourteen local authorities throughout Hampshire, eight of which Colas have previously completed schemes with under the current Generation 3-1 framework.
Colas have delivered 40 improvement schemes over the last four years, which include footway widening, cycle tracks and pathways, junction improvements, VMS sign installation, busways and signalised crossings.
The Colas team are based in Portsmouth and draw on national and international experts who have a depth of expertise in civil engineering and integrated transport solutions, should projects needs extra or additional support. The combination of vast global experience combined with local knowledge delivers successful schemes for communities within the fourteen local authorities and bring innovative techniques and equipment in order to deliver environmentally sustainable projects, to reduce carbon footprint and improve accessibility.
