The current contract for Construction work – Framework Lead is projected to end on 18-APR-21 and may be available for retender. Wiltshire Highways Contract.
Structure of Contract.
It is intended that on completion of the tender exercise that the successful tenderer will enter into separate contracts with each of Wiltshire Council and Swindon Borough Council. Each contract will be on the same terms with the same specification although there will be different minimum spend commitments for each contract and TUPE and Pension provisions will be substantially different in each.
