Plans in for Congleton scheme
Plans for a mixed-use development to the north of Congleton have been submitted.Richborough Estates is behind the application, which proposes 185 homes, 28 acres of commercial employment land and 1.7 acres of retail provision.The site is part of the wider North Congleton masterplan, which has identified a substantial area as “having the potential to make a significant contribution towards the economic growth of Cheshire East and its future prosperity”.
