New housing plans for former social club site
New plans are set to be submitted for the residential redevelopment of a former social club in Sheffield.Sky-House Co is working with CODA Planning on the application for the redevelopment of the Peggy Tub site in Stocksbridge.The scheme would comprise seven three-bedroom town houses – all with their own terraces and parking spaces – on the site of the former social club in New Road.Multi disciplinary practice CODA Studios has created the latest phase of the Sky-House concept of back-to-back housing specifically for the site.The Peggy Tub closed in 2015 and plans for a residential development on the site were previously submitted in 2017.
