Proposals lined up for derelict Kirby site
Proposals for a residential scheme designed to transform a derelict site in Kirby have been submitted.Your Housing Group, in partnership with ENGIE, is behind the application, which is earmarked for a plot on Whitefield Drive.Lined up for the site are 266 properties including 106 for shared ownership, 106 for affordable rent and 54 for private rent.A decision is expected in July 2020.
