Green light for South Manchester plans
Plans to build an apartment scheme on a vacant site in South Manchester have been approved.Southway Housing is behind the application, which is earmarked for Nell Lane in Chorlton.Triangle Architects is attached.Proposed is building a three-storey asset comprising 12 apartments, with the scheme having been designed to “contribute positively” to the area’s character.Manchester City Council has now approved the plans.
