Approach to market date is 08 June 2020.Erection of a two-storey extension at Patchway Community Centre to accommodate existing preschool facilities on the ground floor and community space on the first floor. Erection of new entrance lobby and refurbishments to existing community centre, which will include the roof.Initial Planning application P19/7242/F with South Gloucestershire Council.The Pre- Qualification Questionnaire must be completed by 1pm Wednesday 27th May 2020 and returned to clerk@patchwaytowncouncil.gov.ukThis is a potential opportunity from the government, and the pipeline gives advance notice of an opportunity that might be offered by the public sector in the future – allowing potential suppliers to plan accordingly.
