Belfast Health and Social Care Trust. the Contracting Authority. , are seeking to engage a total of 5 Economic Operators to provide consultancy services in connection with Minor Works Schemes. The Framework Agreements will be placed for a period of four years duration subject to the satisfactory performance of the successful Economic Operators and at the absolute discretion of the Contracting Authorities. For the purposes of the Framework Agreements minor works schemes are defined as any scheme with a works cost of between GBP 5,000.00 and GBP 1,000,000.00. Minor works schemes comprise new buildings, extensions to existing buildings, conversion/refurbishment of existing buildings, upgrade and replacement of building services, plant and equipment, feasibility and condition surveys, works to ensure compliance with various legislative requirements, e.g. legionella, fire safety, DDA, asbestos regulations, mechanical and electrical engineering works and enabling works.
