Powys County Council is seeking to engage with a suitably experienced and qualified contractor(s) to establish a framework agreement for heating replacements and refits to their domestic properties over a 3 year period with an option to extend for up to a further 24 months.
Community Benefits and the economic and social regeneration of the locality of the works is a priority for the Council and will be a key part of the tender process.
