Plans in for mixed-use scheme
A mixed-use scheme involving apartments and a community centre has been earmarked for a temporary car park site in Coventry.The land in Lincoln Street could be transformed into a three-storey block with 15 flats as well as a two-storey community building if the city council gives the plans the go-ahead.A total of three one-bed flats and 12 with two bedrooms have been proposed alongside 118 car parking spaces.Applicant Gurdwara Nanak Parkash is also seeking permission for the community building to have education and sports uses as well as a restaurant.
