Langstane Housing Association is looking to procure and appoint a suitably qualified and realiable supplier to deliver annual safety checks, responsive maintenance to gas and renewable heating systems for a three year period from 09:00 1.4.2018 to 09:00 1.4.2021 (inclusive), with a possibility of extending the contract up to a further 2 years.
The service will cover properties across Langstane’s operational areas which are Aberdeen City, Aberdeenshire and Moray.
This procurement is being carried out as part of a restricted dual procedure with a copy of the ESPD, project brief detailing scoring methodology being attached with this notice. A full scope and suite of documents will be made available including master property list, specifications, contract particulars and quality standards should you be asked to submit a tender.
