£10m funding facility to support major Newcastle development
Reditum Capital has provided a £10m funding facility to The High Street Group to support a major new residential development in the centre of Newcastle.The finance facility has enabled The High Street Group to move forward with the acquisition of the Strawberry Place site next to Newcastle United’s St James’ Park stadium.Strawberry Place has planning consent for two residential blocks of 328 units, 130,000 sq ft of office space and a 200-bed hotel.The High Street Group finalised the purchase of the site earlier this month (May 2020) and detials of the funding facility have now been revealed.
