Stirling Council approves plans for new Kippen development
Plans to build 31 new houses in Kippen, including nine affordable homes, have been approved by Stirling Council.Members of the local authority’s planning and regulation panel approved an application by developers Dawn Homes Ltd for land near Burngreen at the southern edge of the village.Along with delivering new affordable homes, which is a key priority for Stirling Council, the development will comprise a mixture of detached, semi-detached and terraced housing.The application was brought before the Panel due to eleven objections being received against the proposal.
