Or a business that currently pays business rates between £15,000 and £51,000 per annum and was excluded from the Small Business Grant based upon rateable value.Bed and Breakfast Support Grant – for a bed and breakfast that pays Council Tax, not business rates, and has more than six month’s ongoing fixed property cost as evidenced by a mortgage, lease or rental agreement.Anchor Visitor Economy Grant – for a retail, hospitality or leisure business that pays business rates in excess of £51,000 and has more than six month’s ongoing fixed property costs as evidenced by a mortgage, lease or rental agreement.5.
