The Welsh Trunk roads network will be administered by single trunk road management unit with 2 geographic areas of operation, comprising North/Mid Wales and South Wales. The proposed Road Electrical and Technology Maintenance Contract 2018 will be utilised by the South Wales Trunk Road Agent (SWTRA). The contract will consist of category of works such as programmed works, urgent works and minor works.
For avoidance of doubt, the proposed procurement exercise will be carried out by SWTRA and Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council (NPTCBC).
