Mutual and broker support Pernarth apartment scheme
A property development firm headed up by a former All Black and Cardiff Blues rugby player is bringing forward a Penarth apartment scheme with support from Cornerstone Commercial Finance and Monmouthshire Building Society.The brokerage and mutual have completed a £4.3m property development loan which is allowing Xavier Rush’s X-Stream Developments to build 21 apartments on the site of an old garage.The development is set to run over the next 18 months, with the apartments available by the end of 2021.The loan was said to be a template for a number of deals Cornerstone is working on with the Monmouthshire.
