Edinburgh gives green light for housing development at Clovenstone Gardens
Prospect Community Housing has been granted planning permission for a development of 69 homes at Clovenstone Gardens in Edinburgh.Over the past two years, Prospect has been working with J. Smart & Co. (Contractors) PLC to develop proposals for the site, which is situated off Clovenstone Gardens and Clovenstone Road.A mixture of social rent and mid-market rent properties will be delivered.Prospect hopes that work will start on the site early next year.
