HAC5224 School Health and Wellbeing
The London Borough of Tower Hamlets wishes to commission a suitable provider to provide a Borough-wide school health and wellbeing service for children and young people attending schools in Tower Hamlets.
The service will be School Nurse led, working as part of a broader team in order to deliver a child-centered public health service working with individual children and young people, families, schools and the wider community.
The contract duration will be 36 months, with options to extend for a further 24 months. The estimated annual value of the service is £1,641,160.
A Supplier briefing will take place on the 1st February 2018 from 10:30 am to 12:00 pm at Tower Hamlets Council Office, Albert Jacob House, 62 Roman Road London.E2 0PG, Room 101.
