Rula Developments to bring forward Winsford Industrial Estate expansion
Rula Developments is set to bring forward the expansion of Winsford Industrial Estate.The company has been appointed by the Cheshire West and Chester Council and Public Sector PLC partnership Build&Thrive to work on the project, which is located off junction 18 of the M6.Rula has already worked on a 168,000 sq ft, £22m factory for Tiger Trailers on the estate. With full planning consent in place to develop a further 30 acres, it has released plots for 18.5 acres in industrial/distribution, five acres for roadside/amenities and a further seven acres for smaller industrial/business uses.The site will be rebranded as Winsford Gateway.
