The Provision of Furniture and Related Services
Furniture is required for educational and business use and must be capable of withstanding the heavy wear and tear typical of a FE environment. Durability, comfort and aesthetic design are of equal importance. A priority of the college is the reduction of the whole life cost – demonstration of how this has been achieved within other contracts should be detailed within the experience section. The proposed contract is for a fixed period of 3 years options to extend for a further 1 year subject to satisfactory performance and a benchmark of applicable rates/performance.
