United Kingdom-Solihull: SOL-Schools Grounds Maintenance – Framework Lead

The current contract for SOL-Schools Grounds Maintenance – Framework Lead is projected to end on 30-JUN-21 and may be available for retender. Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council is to establish Framework Agreements for the provision of Grounds Maintenance Services for use by Schools and other educational establishments within the borough of Solihull and for potential use by other authorities and bodies within the West Midlands.
The contract will be divided into 3 Lots.
(1) General Grounds Maintenance;
(2) Maintenance of Trees;
(3) Maintenance of AstroTurf or Artificial Surfaces.
The anticipation is to award Framework Agreements to between 3 and 5 suppliers per lot following a competitive procurement process, which will be based on actual school sites and their requirements. The Framework will be established for an Initial Term of 3 years with 1 year extension option up to a maximum 4 year contract term.
