MediaCityUK tower proposals set for green light
Proposals for a huge development at MediaCityUK, which would include a 41-storey tower, look set to secure approval.X1 is behind the application, which secured outlined backing last year. The reserved matters application shed more light on the plans, which proposed four towers.The smallest would be 14 storeys, with the remaining three covering 31, 35 and 41 storeys.These would accommodate 1,298 apartments, 16 townhouses and eight commercial units.The arrangement of the 31 and 35-storey towers would create a central courtyard for the development.Approval has been recommended.
