The Wee House Company launches new housing development brand
Modular homes provider The Wee House Company has followed up the completion of 31 affordable homes for North Ayrshire Council with the launch of a new housing development brand.Connect Modular will continue to supply affordable, modular homes to housing associations and housing developers across the UK.As well as delivery of the affordable housing project, the company has also built nine seaside villas, complementing a private development at Chapelton, Seamill.With modules being 90% complete, fully fitted with kitchens, bathrooms, plumbing and electrics on arrival at site, the building process increases design opportunities and helps reduce the carbon footprint of the build.
