Marshall Construction begins work on £7.9m Alloa housing development
Following 12 weeks of lockdown due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Marshall Construction has now commenced work on the delivery of 54 new affordable homes in Alloa.Elm Grove will provide social and mid-market rented properties for Kingdom and Ochil View housing associations.The mixed development of single storey, semi-detached, terraced houses, and cottage flats have been configured to be outward looking, with parking and open spaces at the centre of the site, with new cycle routes to ensure increased sustainability for the area.A new street frontage will be created with points of visual interest and distinctive corners to identify the development.
