Deal struck for huge Wakefield facility
A 207,115 sq ft facility at Wakefield 41 Industrial Park has been bought in a £20.6m deal.Hines Global Income Trust is behind the acquisition, with the facility being purchased from AEW UK Core Property Fund.The site is occupied by Integrated Third Party Logistics (ITPL), pursuant to a lease with ten years remaining, and provides warehousing services for Coca-Cola’s largest European manufacturing plant.Hines and Hines Global were advised by C&W, with Savills acting for AEW.
