Trio of approvals for Brock Carmichael
A trio of planning applications worked on by Brock Carmichael have been backed by Warrington Borough Council.Premier Loushers’ outline application for up to 140 homes off Loushers Lane was the first of the three to be backed, with the brownfield site part of Warrington’s Southern Gateway Development Area.Full permission was also granted to Incrementum Housing Development Company for building 69 homes for private rent and private affordable rent at the former site of Fox Wood School.Finally, Incrementum’s proposals to build 92 properties at the former Sycamore Lane Primary School in Great Sankey have also been passed.
