Homes England enters Burtree Garden Village agreement
Homes England has entered into a collaboration agreement with Hellens Group to progress with the development of the Burtree Garden Village site on the edge of Darlington.The project is one of 19 in the country to have been granted Garden Communities status in June 2019 by the Ministry Of Housing, Communities and Local Government.It would comprise up to 2,000 homes and employment space.The pair are working up plans for the first phase of up to 700 homes and a new public park.
