Plans in for 400 Leighton homes
Torus and Mulbury have submitted an application to build 400 homes on a site in Leighton.The former first unveiled plans for the £69m development last November, with the scheme representing its single largest investment in a new housing development.It will also comprise a large open space at its centre.Planning consultancy Satplan advised Mulbury and Torus on the reserved matters planning application. APD advised on the design and masterplanning for the site.Other members of the project team included Campbell Reith, WSP and Urban Green.
