Waterside Places secures green light for 16-storey scheme
Waterside Places proposals to build on its existing Manchester presence have been backed.The company has earmarked a plot bounded by Old Mill Street and Great Ancoats Street for redevelopment.Lined up is a part-16, part-11 storey building comprising 106 apartments, as well as ground floor commercial uses and car parking.Approval has now been granted, with 11 councillors voting in favour. One was against and two abstained.
