The current contract for Energy-efficiency consultancy services – Framework Lead is projected to end on 05-AUG-21 and may be available for retender. Provision of Energy Performance Certificates to Falkirk Council Housing Properties.

Framework Agreement for the carrying out Energy Assessment Surveys to Void and Occupied Falkirk Council Housing Properties and producing Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) for these properties within the Falkirk Council Area, in accordance with current legislative requirements, including The Energy Performance of Buildings Directive (EPBD) and The Energy Performance of Buildings (Scotland) Regulations, and in accordance with the most current version of the Governments Standard Assessment Procedure (SAP) at the time of each individual survey. A fully comprehensive survey will be undertaken, incorporating the full area of the property, including all dedicated and communal loft spaces.
