Bellway to launch Newcastle housing development
Newcastle-based housebuilder Bellway is set to launch a new housing development in the city.Abbey Heights, a development of 120 homes in Lower Callerton, will open the doors to its sales office on Saturday 22 August 2020.Located off North Walbottle Road, it will be the first development in the North East to comprise homes from Bellway’s Artisan Collection.Bellway is building 120 homes in total at Abbey Heights, including 95 houses and nine apartments for private sale and 20 affordable homes for rent or shared ownership. The development will also include a play area at the western edge of the site.The homes at Abbey Heights will form part of the wider Callerton Park development, a new community set to include 3,000 homes, along with sports, health, and educational facilities on the western edge of Newcastle.
