Housing group launches search for partner on £800m south London estate revamp
Metropolitan Thames Valley Housing (MTVH) has begun the search for a JV partner to build phase 2 of the £1.6bn Clapham Park scheme in a deal worth £800m.The housing association, which was formed from a merger of Metropolitan Housing Trust and Thames Valley Housing Association in 2018, is seeking a partner to provide investment and expertise to complete the 4000-home regeneration of the south London estate.
