More than 100 homes planned for Prestatyn
A North Wales housebuilder has filed proposals for the construction of more than 100 new homes in Prestatyn.Macbryde Homes has earmarked land adjacent to Alexandra Drive to construct 105 properties.The scheme consists of a mix of terraced properties, bungalows, detached and semi-detached units, with the maximum height of the dwellings being two storeys. 10 per cent of the properties are allocated as affordable housing.Measuring approximately 8.4 acres, the application site is currently used as grazing land, broadly split into three field parcels and is bound by residential properties to the north and east, with a caravan park located to the south.The proposed development will provide off-street car parking provision for between two and four cars per dwelling depending on plot size, and each home will benefit from its own private garden.
