Mulbury strikes Shaw deal
Mulbury has struck a deal with Great Places Housing Group to build 65 homes in Shaw.The £11m development, which has been granted planning permission by Oldham Council, will revitalise a five-acre former industrial site off Moss Hey Street.It will comprise 34 properties for shared ownership and 31 for affordable rent.The site was previously occupied by steel stockholder P&D Northern Steels, which has since relocated to Royton.
