The Research, Appraisal and Support Framework consists of 3 closely aligned areas – Finance and Technical Support; Project Appraisal and Support and Research and Evaluation.
This particular Notice relates to Project Development, Appraisal, Delivery and Review.
The Framework is anticipated to be awarded for 3 years with an optional 1 year extension.
It is estimated that the total value of the services for this Lot over the maximum duration of 4 years will be between 1 460 000 GBP and 1 600 000 GBP excluding VAT. This is the figure which has been used in II.2.6. This is based on an estimated annual value of between 366 000 GBP and 400 000 GBP excluding VAT.
