Green light nears for 410-strong residential scheme
A 410-strong residential scheme in Manchester could soon take its latest step forward.ENGIE Services and Landcare are behind the application, which concerns a plot bounded by Hulme Hall Lane, Varley Street, Iron Street, Coleshill Street and the Rochdale Canal.Proposed are the hundreds of homes, which include 107 apartments, alongside 8,000 sq ft of commercial floorspace.Overall there would be 36 properties for shared ownership, 34 for affordable rent, 44 rent-to-buy and 296 build-to-rent.Approval has been recommended.
