Plans in for £85m Worcester canalside quarter
Developer Godwin Developments has submitted plans for an £85m waterfront community in Worcester city centre.Proposals for Lowesmoor Wharf are set to completely transform the 3.2-acre site with 330,000 sq ft of housing, office and retail spaceSituated off Lowesmoor Terrace, the central Worcester site currently contains a mix of industrial and warehousing units.Designed by architect Apt, the proposed scheme features seven buildings containing 271 apartments, 30,000 sq ft of offices, 10,000 sq ft of retail and food space.
