The Casey Group secures Liverpool contract
The Casey Group has secured a new-build contract in Liverpool.A 57-strong scheme, Altbridge Park is being brought forward by Cobalt Housing.The site sits on vacant land adjacent to the East Lancashire Road in North Liverpool, which previously housed three 15-storey blocks of flats.Work is expected to begin onsite in early December, and it is anticipated that new residents will arrive in early 2022.Altbridge Park is the first development designed and delivered by Cobalt Housing since its demerger from former parent company Symphony Housing Group, now Onward.
