This is the Pre-Qualification (PQQ) stage for the appointment of a Framework of six suitably experienced and qualified Building Contractors to construct New Housing Developments on behalf of East Dunbartonshire Council over a 4 year period (3 years with the option of 1 year extension). The programme will start Initially with eleven projects totalling approximately 240 new council houses. The design and delivery of these projects will be led by an existing Design Team who are currently supporting East Dunbartonshire Council:
