Work starts on £5.3m Bangor housing project
Work has started on a £5.3m housing project on the site of a former social club in Bangor.Bodelwyddan-based Wynne Construction was appointed by Adra to develop 38 apartments on Farrar Road.The development will feature varied rental options, including a mix of affordable and market rented properties.The scheme comprises 23, two-bedroom and 15, one-bedroom apartments across four storeys. There will also be 38 parking spaces for the residents.Works are expected to finish by winter 2021.
