Pipeline Framework: Gentoo Homes – Minor Repairs Framework
A pipeline has been launched for Gentoo Homes – Minor Repairs Framework. The contract start Date is 4 January 2021. Approach to market date is 16 November 2020.Gentoo Homes, a division of Gentoo Group Ltd, will soon be approaching the market to procure a small, general building Contractor to deliver repair works to recently constructed properties.The Contractor will be required to provide a responsive service to the Gentoo Homes Customer Experience Team.The works will include, but may not be limited to: general joinery repairs, boiler maintenance and repair, minor electrical repair, fault finding, minor drainage repairs, roof repair, ceramic tiling, plastering, painting, fixing of leaks, etc.The works will be carried out to occupied, newly constructed properties throughout the North East.This is a potential opportunity from the government, and the pipeline gives advance notice of an opportunity that might be offered by the public sector in the future – allowing potential suppliers to plan accordingly.
