Major apartments city centre project approved
Almost 100 apartments are to be built between two major regeneration schemes in Leicester city centre after the plans were approved.Living Choice Investments has earmarked land in Highcross Street for the mixed-use development which will feature 98 flats in a five, six and eight-storey building.A pair of commercial units have also been included in the plans.The land is between the £50m Charles Street Buildings development which has created two hotels and office space and the Long Harbour scheme for almost 300 apartments.
