110-home Hampshire scheme to take step forward
An outline application for the construction of 110 new homes in a Hampshire village is set to get the green light.Wates Developments is behind the proposals for the land to the east of Station Road in Oakley.As well as 110 dwellings, the scheme would comprise open space and landscaping.The scheme is set to be approved at a Basingstoke & Deane Borough Council planning committee meeting next week (7 October 2020) subject to conditions. These include the provision of affordable housing and contributions towards the likes of education and community facilities.
