The Group is inviting tenders from suitably qualified and experienced organisations and or individuals for the provision of recycling and disposal of Commercial and Industrial Waste across the Tees Valley. The Group is looking to procure and develop a partnership approach with waste management contractor to deliver a successful and, compliant waste management programme across the Group promoting best practice and a value for money service. The provision of 2 waste transfer stations is required one in each of the core areas. The contract will be divided into 5 lots with one contractor to be awarded to each lot. Contractors can apply for one or multiple lots. The contract will be in the name of Thirteen Housing Group Limited. The contract will be for a period of 2 years with an option to extend for a further 2 x 12 months at the sole discretion of the Group and subject to satisfactory performance.
