MCI submits Barton application
MCI Developments has submitted an application for a residential scheme in Barton.The Garstang Road scheme would comprise 39 homes across a mix of one, two and three-bedroom properties.Off-street car parking and amenity space would also be incorporated.The site is earmarked for residential development in the adopted Local Plan, with the council including it within its five-year housing land supply calculations.The multidisciplinary team includes WYG, Ironside Farrah and Trevor Bridge Associates.
