Revised details for major homes scheme
Revised details for a major housing development in Leicestershire have been revealed.Bloor Homes, Barwood Land and Jelson Homes have been drawing up plans for the Earl Shilton Sustainable Urban Extension in Mill Lane for a number of years.According to new documents submitted to Hinckley and Bosworth Borough Council for a scoping report, up to 1,500 homes would be constructed as well as 13 acres set aside for of business space, local centre and a two-form entry primary school.The whole site would extend to 158.6 acres if approval is granted when a formal planning application is submitted to the authority in the coming months.
