A 90-home scheme in Blackpool looks set to secure approval next week.The plot makes up part of the former NS&I site. The remainder has been cleared, with a 118-strong housing scheme accommodating the remainder.Proposed for the latest phase are 30 four-bed, 54 three-bed and six two-bed houses.A total of 210 parking spaces are also lined up.The council’s planning committee has been recommended to agree in principle and delegate approval to the head of development management.
