The current contract for Residential property renting or leasing services – Framework Lead is projected to end on 15-OCT-21 and may be available for retender. Access to Private Rented Sector Housing (for homelessness).
The Council homelessness service is seeking a Provider who can secure private properties at rents which are at or below the local housing allowance as specified by Department of Work and Pensions.
This Service contract will enable people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness to access a tenancy in the private rented sector. The purpose of the service is to ensure that the lack of a deposit is not a barrier to obtaining a private tenancy.
